Qualifications

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or Law from a reputable university. A degree from an international university is an advantage;

2. Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience as a manager from a reputable service-based company;

3. Deep knowledge and expertise in managing business process and human capital management, including recruitment, performance appraisal, and all HR aspects;

4. Strong business acumen with target achievement orientation, strong leadership, and high work integrity;

5. Excellent communication and consultation skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for both written and verbal;

6. Having extensive experience in developing, driving, and delivering strategic innovation with strong exposure in service industry. Demonstrated expertise in ISO management is an advantage;

7. Ability to work in a team, as well as on a self-directed basis, demonstrate attention to details, and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment;

8. Familiarity with Ms. Office and various business & HR-related software, e.g. ERP, CRM, HRIS
