Budidjaja International Lawyers Managing Partner Mr Tony Budidjaja has been admitted as registered foreign lawyers at the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). Mr Budidjaja’s registration is in accordance with section 36P of the Legal Profession Act (Cap 161) and relevant provisions in the Legal Profession (Foreign Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules 2014.
As a fully registered lawyer, Mr Budidjaja is permitted to appear, plead, and represent any party in relevant proceedings or appeal. In addition, a fully registered lawyer is also allowed to give advice, prepare documents and provide assistance in relation to relevant proceedings or appeal.
