David Nathanael Maruhawa specializes in M&A, Banking & Finance, Project Finance, and Competition/Antitrust. His expertise is proven in his critical thinking and the way he solves legal problems professionally, which act as his primary principles in providing legal services.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran, David successfully achieved the Cum Laude predicate while majoring in Business Law, which sharpened his knowledge with a strong and broad understanding. During his studies, David actively joined several organizations that broadened his network and skills, particularly when he served as President of the Economic & Business Law Association. He also demonstrated active participation in legal competitions, including contract drafting & negotiation, legal opinion, and law debate.

Prior to joining BIL, David completed several internships at various law firms, which provided him with valuable real-life experience on legal research, document drafting, due diligence, and legal English.

David speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
