Rizki Paramukti Soemadi (Arzi) is an Associate at Budidjaja International Lawyers (BIL), where he focuses his practice on Employment, Foreign Direct Investment, and Joint Ventures. He brings a strong academic and professional foundation to his legal practice, advising both domestic and international clients on foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and cross-border transactions.

Arzi earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, majoring in International Law and graduating with distinction (GPA: 3.9). During his studies, he was actively involved in international legal forums and served as Head Delegate at various high-level conferences in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, China, and other jurisdictions. His global perspective was further enriched through the prestigious Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), under which he studied Business and Management at the University of York, United Kingdom.

Prior to joining BIL, Arzi began his legal career at Lawyerindo Legal Support Centre, where he focused on market entry and corporate law. He has advised clients across a wide range of sectors on navigating Indonesia’s complex regulatory landscape, including business licensing, investment structuring, and liaising with government authorities.

In the corporate and commercial space, Arzi has experience assisting clients with company establishment, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, employment, and M&A transactions. He is also a recognized member of the Indonesian Translators’ Association (HPI).

Arzi speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
