B&A Client Seminar – The Constitutional Court – Brief Reflections on the First Decade (2003-2013)

The third B&A Client Seminar of the year was held in our office on 13 December 2013. The topics covered focused on recent court decisions and how they have affected businesses, titled “The Constitutional Court – Brief Reflections on the First Decade (2003-2013)”.

This important seminar was intended to help our Clients understand how to respond to Constitutional Court (MK) decisions that may not in line with their business interests. We were truly delighted for the interactions and relationships that were made during the discussion; and hope that this event will be able to help increase the sustainability of businesses that are affected by the issues covered in the seminar.
