BUDIDJAJA INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS (previously known as Budidjaja & Associates) – “BIL” is a full service and independent firm with goal to be a trusted legal services provider with world-class standards that make a positive impact on society.
Established in 2007, BIL has enforced its vision of transforming legal practice in Indonesia and has successfully forged a reputation as one of the leading and most admired legal practices in Indonesia. All of the founders are already matured, and with core values of excellence, integrity, and reliability, client-centric is at the heart of the firm so each solution it provides are aligned with clients’ main goal. BIL’s association with international law alliance and law firms from all parts of the world has strengthened BIL’s presence domestically and internationally.
Because of our “independence”, BIL carries a relatively lower cost base and is able to offer a flexible and competitive fee structure. We also work more creative so that the value of our results exceeds the cost of our services.

As part of our commitment to provide tailored legal solution to our clients, specifically Chinese clients, since 2015 Budidjaja International Lawyers has established “China Practice Group” which comprises of Chinese speaking lawyers and understand Chinese corporate culture to specifically aimed at providing legal assistance for Chinese-based clients.

Social Contributions
As an individual and as a corporation, we believe that every single one of us have a responsibility to give back to the community. We are honour-bound to look around and “change the world one person at a time” to honour the greater good to make an impact on our society.
Every member at BIL, regardless of professional prominence or professional workload, is required to find time to participate in community-related service activities. We have a pro bono scheme to provide eligible individuals with legal services at no cost or significantly reduced rates, some of our lawyers also teach at universities, just to name a few of our small contributions of giving back to the society
