The leading international publisher, Thomson-Reuters, will release the second edition of the European Lawyer Reference: Shipping and International Trade Law – Jurisdictional Comparisons in early 2015. Ms. Juni Dani, Principal at Budidjaja & Associates, wrote the Indonesian chapter of the publication at the invitation of Thomson-Reuters. The 2015 edition is the first time Indonesia is included in the publication.
The publication provides insights and analyses on differences and similarities in maritime issues across many jurisdictions (including Indonesia). It is targetted at global attorneys, clients and businesses (such as commodity trading houses, ship owners, trade finance banks, cargo and hull insurers, P & I Clubs, and intermediaries) engaged in multinational shipping and maritime activities.
Thomson-Reuters’ invitation to Ms. Juni reflects her standing as one of Indonesia’s leading shipping and international trade lawyers.
