On August 21, 2017, Budidjaja International Lawyers (“BIL”) Senior Partner Tony Budidjaja participated as one of the key speakers in a seminar titled “Healthy Business Competition in Legal Services in Indonesia” held by the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (“HKHPM”) at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building.
The seminar covers issues related to business competition among legal services providers in Indonesia by highlighting several aspects, including regulations related to business competition in the legal services business; and types of legal services fees and law firm financial management.
In the seminar, Mr. Tony Budidjaja presented subjects regarding healthy business competition among law firms in Indonesia, while sharing the stage with Country Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Hari Purwantono.
