On the last 22 August 2019, the Ministry of Trade just issued the Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 66 of 2019 regarding General Provisions on Distribution of Goods (“MOTR 66/19”). This regulation amended the previous MOTR No. 22/M-DAG/PER/3/2016 which adds, among others, a new chain of goods distribution.
