The Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (“BKPM”) has issued a BKPM Regulation No. 1 of 2020 on the Implementation Guidelines on Integrated Electronic Business Licensing Service. This regulation was issued as an effort to improve the integrated electronic business licensing services in Indonesia, as well as an implementation of Article 94 paragraph (1) letter C of the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2018 on the Online Single Submission System and the Presidential Instruction No. 7 of 2019 on the Acceleration of Ease of Doing Business.
