The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia has passed the Bill on the Amendment of Law No. 4 Year 2009 regarding Minerals and Coals Mining earlier this month.
In collaboration with @duniatambang.co.id, BIL’s good affiliate Budidjaja Institute Foundation, will be hosting a webinar in regard to The Bill in question. Our own Partner, Narada Kumara, will be discussing about the pros and cons, alongside the Executive Director of Pusat Studi Hukum Energi dan Pertambangan, Bisman Bhaktiar.
