How does the Omnibus Law Affect Investment in Indonesia?

The recently approved Law No. 11 Year 2020 regarding Job Creation (“Omnibus Law”) affects numerous Indonesian laws. One of them is Law No. 25 Year 2007 regarding Investment (“Investment Law”).
