This time, we discuss the recent Law No. 11 Year 2020 on the Job Creation (“Job Creation Law”) in Indonesia and how it amends the Law No. 7 Year 2014 regarding Trade (“Trade Law”). The amendments are aimed to narrow down Indonesia’s economic deficit and help the National Economy Recovery plan as laid out by the Indonesian Government.
