Job Creation Law: Electronic Land Certificate

Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation mandated a reformation on land registration in Indonesia. It is in line with the strategic planning of Badan Pertanahan Nasional/BPN where BPN aimed 2020-2024 to focus on the digitalization of land services. Through BPN Regulation No. 1 of 2021 on Electronic Certificate, BPN has taken another step closer towards reformation on land registration.
