Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, as
amended by Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“Company Law”), indicates there are three Company Organs, each with specific authorities. According to Article 1 point (2) of Company Law, Company Organs include the General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners.
