The House of Representatives and the Indonesian Government has agreed to pass the draft law on the Criminal Code (“RUU KUHP”) to be passed into law in last week’s plenary session on Tuesday, 6 December 2022.
However, the RUU KUHP has drawn some controversy due to several of its articles. Today’s #BILLawFact will look at a few articles which are currently drawing the public’s attention.
