On this day, our Associate, Agathon Henryanto, representing Budidjaja International Lawyers and PT Budidjaja Integrasi Lawyerindo, spoke as part of the panel at a webinar on “Analisis Hukum Pembentukan UU Kesehatan dan Perbandingan Pengaturan Profesi dan Penyelesaian Perselisihan dalam UU Kesehatan,” organized by The Indonesian Institute. This Webinar is part of their Policy Talks series.
In his presentation, Agathon discussed the Good Samaritan Law in Indonesian Law, the synchronization of complaints, and the handling of medical malpractice reports. Agathon spoke alongside the Head of the Legal Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Health, Indah Febrianti, and TII Researcher, Christina Clarissa Intania.
