Budidjaja would like to announce that the firm has been chosen by the Singapore Chamber for Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) to co-host an international seminar on Coal Trading.
The seminar also involves the Indonesian Coal Mining Association and the Indonesian Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators (MedArbId).
The seminar, which will highlight issues related to coal trading, will focus on Trends and Risks in Cross-Border Transactions. The seminar will be attended by high-ranking officials from prominent mining companies as well as legal experts from foreign countries.
In addition to co-hosting the seminar, BIL members will also take part in the event as speakers. BIL Senior Partner Tony Budidjaja, is scheduled to present opening remarks for a session on Mitigating cross border risks. Meanwhile, BIL Senior Associate Mr. Bama Djokonugroho, will be acting as one of the panelists for the session.
