Budidjaja International Lawyers is proud to announce that our Senior Partner, Mr Anton Latief participated in the signing ceremony for Southeast Jambi Production Sharing Contract at the office of Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Mr Latief has assisted the negotiation team of Consortium Repsol Exploración South East Jambi B.V. and MOECO Southeast Jambi B.V in finalizing the South East Jambi Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) and Joint Operating Agreement with the Indonesian Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry (“Kementrian ESDM”). The consortium was among the few to win the PSC with the Ministry.

The signing ceremony took place on 17 July 2018 at the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry office. The Southeast Jambi PSC is among the first PSCs signed in Indonesia using the gross split PSC mechanism.

We are proud of to be part of the Repsol – Moeco consortium’s success. We hoped that this achievement further affirms BIL’s in-depth knowledge and strong legal capability in the Oil, Gas, and Energy market.
