Overview of the Amendments to the Indonesian Mining Law

The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia has passed the Bill on the Amendment (“Bill”) of Law No. 4 Year 2009 regarding Minerals and Coal Mining (“Mining Law”) earlier this month.
