What Indonesia can learn from the Beirut blast

Back in 4 August 2020, the Beirut Port in Lebanon was stunned by the explosion of MV Rhosus, a confiscated vessel that has docked at the spot for years. The devastating incident can be taken as a lesson, for countries, and especially Indonesia, to be reminded about the importance of management of confiscated vessels.
