The Government has officially launched a new version of OSS under the name Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) with Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 by President Joko Widodo.
With the OSS facility, entrepreneurs who want to apply for the issuance of business licenses can go through online facilities and no longer need to visit the licensing service office.
The implementation of the Risk-Based OSS system is scheduled for June 2, 2021. However, the Ministry of Investment/BKPM has postponed the schedule until this August.
