Our Managing Partner, Tony Budidjaja, visited Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and had the privilege of meeting Basilio Dias Araujo, the Deputy to Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Investment Affairs.

They discussed current problems and future challenges in international trade as well as the legal methods available to not only protect the right of our people but to speed up the development of our maritime industry. Both agreed that there needs to be a specialized maritime arbitration process to address the growing imperative of effectively resolving maritime disputes in accordance with international standards.
