Today’s discussion covers a general overview of personal data protection, the transfer of personal data, the basis for the processing of personal data as well as the rights of Personal Data Subjects and the obligations of Personal Data Controllers. We closed the class with a discussion on Data Privacy Impact Assessment as well as risk management within the context of data privacy.
