When a PT has decided to undergo liquidation, it must comply with the provisions set out in Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company (“Company Law”).
The PT cannot conduct any legal action except certain acts required for the liquidation process. Nonetheless, the PT would remain in existence until the liquidation is completed and the shareholders have accepted and approved of the accountability or the performance of all of the liquidator’s duties.
