Regulations on Deducting Employee Salaries

Deduction of employee salaries is regulated in Article 63 of Government Regulation No. 36 of 2021 regarding Wages as amended by Government Regulation No. 51 of 2023 (the “Wage GR”).

This article stipulates that deductions can be made under certain provisions.
