Tony Budidjaja is a highly experienced legal practitioner with nearly 30 years of practice, specializing in cross-border commercial dispute resolution, international trade and maritime, mergers and acquisitions, construction, and insurance. He has served as an arbitrator in various Indonesian business disputes and as an expert witness in numerous high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings, particularly which involve Indonesian insurance and shipping laws. Tony is widely recognized for his ability to handle complex, high-profile matters for both international and domestic clients.
Tony is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb). Has been accredited as both a mediator and arbitrator by many prominent international arbitration institutions, including Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Asia Pacific International Arbitration Center (APIAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Rusian Arbitration Center (RAC), and Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA).

We have a pro bono scheme to provide eligible individuals with legal services at no cost or significantly reduced rates, some of our lawyers also teach at universities, just to name a few of our small contributions of giving back to the society
