Reynard Kristian is an Managing Associate at Budidjaja International lawyers. His main practice encompasses commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and restructuring & insolvency. He has experience in assisting and representing clients in various courts in Indonesia, as well as foreign courts, domestic and international arbitration. He has deep and particular experience in the enforcement works, including obtaining a writ of execution for arbitration awards, attachment and freezing of assets, and auction of assets, in various district courts in Indonesia.

Reynard graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gajah Mada, with cum laude predicate in 2019 and he has successfully passed Indonesian Bar Exam administered by Indonesian Bar Association. He also had experience as assistant lecturer and thus he is dexterous in doing analysis and investigative legal research, including drafting legal memorandum. During his time as a student at university, Reynard had been involved in various organizations and was actively involved in the university’s moot court team.
