(Budidjaja & Associates Lawyers) and Anangga Roosdiono, S.H., LL.M. (Doctoral Candidate in UPH). The moderator is Henny Mardiani, S.Sos, LL.B, LL.M (Secretary-General MedArbId).
The Symposium will be hosted by AFIA (For more info: http://afia.asia/) in collaboration with Universitas Pelita Harapan and MedArbid (Mediator dan Arbiter Independen Indonesia). It is AFIA’s first ever symposium in Indonesia.
