Tony Budidjaja and Juni Dani, Managing Principal and Principal of Budidjaja & Associates Lawyers (“B&A”), attended the International Conference which was hosted by the TAG Alliances, in Hong Kong, from 20-22 October 2014.
The TAG Alliances comprises TAGLaw (a network of more than 140 independent law firms based in nearly 100 countries), TIAG (worldwide network of independent accounting firms) and TAG-SP (worldwide network of multidisciplinary firms). Budidjaja & Associates (“B&A”) joined TAGLaw in July 2014. As the first and only Indonesian member of TAGLaw, B&A is in the unique position of being able to offer its clients a full range of high quality local legal services across the world. Through the TAG Alliances, B&A is also able to access accounting and multidisciplinary services across the world.
The International Conference covered a broad range of topics, including: China and International Trade; Best Practices in Firm Management; Improving M&A Documents to Reduce Dispute Risk; Challenges in Outsourcing Work; and Doing Business in Asia – Spotlighting the Philippines and India. The opportunity to hear specialists on these topics provide their expert opinions was valuable for Tony and Juni, as was the opportunity to network and develop relationships with other TAG Alliances members.
Both Tony and Juni found the Conference extremely to be useful and enjoyable and they look forward to strengthening B&A’s relationships with TAGLaw members and the broader TAG Alliances family.
