Climate change and the reduction of the quality of life, increased pollution and destruction of natural ecosystems often raise environmental disputes. Budidjaja & Associates (B&A) puts considerable attention on such mattersthrough active involvement in Focus Discussion Group (FDG), which is held by the Indonesian Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung-Republik Indonesia) in order to pioneer the research “Pengkajian tentang Pelaksanaan Diklat Sertifikasi Hakim Lingkungan”.
