Our Managing Partner and Chairman of The Indonesian Academy of Independent Mediators and Arbitrators (“MedArbId”), Tony Budidjaja will be one of the presenters at MedArbId’s webinar “The Rise of Out-of-Court Mediation and Hybrid ADR” on Monday, 2 August 2021 at 09:00 AM -11:00 AM (Jakarta Time) / 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Bali Time) / 11:00 AM – 01:00 PM (Tokyo Time).
MedArbId, which mission is to promote out-of-court mediation methods, will also celebrate the opening of community basis mediation centre, “Bale Damai” in Bali. The launching of Bale Damai is designed to not only to accommodate discussions among the professional mediators, but also to provide consultancy, training, and accredited mediator training for the public.
The webinar will be joined by The Honorable Prof. Dr. Takdir Rahmadi, S.H., LL.M. (Chairman of the Development Chamber of the Supreme Court Republic of Indonesia) and Prof. Yoshi Hayakawa (Secretary General of the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center – to be confirmed), a counterpart institution from Japan which has the mission to promote mediation and ADR in Asia Pacific region.
