This engaging and practical seminar will approach legal aspects of doing business and investing in Indonesia. All speakers bring real world experience combined with legal expertise. The legal ‘ins and outs’ of the Indonesian foreign investment framework, managing commercial contracts with Indonesian parties, and commercial dispute resolution mechanisms in Indonesia, will be addressed. This election year in Indonesia represents a time of change and opportunity for those in business or considering entering the market. The up-to-date information presented in this seminar will provide an edge to the audience.

The expert panel will then be open to take questions from the audience. This panel discussion will be preceded by an opportunity to network where light refreshment will be made available.
