Budidjaja & Associates (‘B&A’) held its Annual Excellence Training (AET) in Japan between on 5 – 8 November 2014. There were 10 participants who participated in the AET. The program acknowledged the contributions of B&A members to the firm’s development and provided an opportunity for them to reflect and refresh themselves. A further objective of the AET was to immerse the participants in Japanese culture and habits. Because B&A has several Japanese clients, the experience and knowledge gained from the trip can help improve B&A’s relations and services with respect to Japanese clients. The trip was also meant to strengthen relations within B&A and to serve as motivation for other members to perform better next year. B&A Principals also hopes that more members can join the AET event in the years to come.
